Nobody wants to have to cancel or reschedule, but even the most eagerly anticipated events run into unforeseen circumstances. Here’s what you can expect if your Stereo Dinner plans change:
Refund Policy
Stereo Dinner tickets are non-transferable and are not subject to a refund except when an event is cancelled. Please do not purchase a ticket unless you are sure that you want to attend a Stereo Dinner.
Cancelled Stereo Dinners
Stereo Dinner ticket holders will automatically receive a refund in the event of cancelled events. Alternatively, you will have 30 days to opt in to receiving a 125% credit to use towards buying future Stereo Dinner tickets (see details below).
Stereo Dinner Credit Opt-in
If you purchased tickets for a Stereo Dinner that is cancelled or postponed, you may choose to receive a 125% credit of your total purchase price (including fees). So if you spent $500 on tickets, you will receive $625 in credit towards your next Stereo Dinner! In the event of cancellation, you will receive an email detailing your options.
Rescheduled Stereo Dinners
Stereo Dinner tickets will automatically be valid for any reschedule date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced. If you have tickets to a show that is postponed, you will be able to select your refund option once the new date is announced.
If 60 days have passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.
